Our Subdivision Services

 

Dream it

We will undertake a site visit and review your land with respect to the relevant Adelaide Council guidelines.

We sit down and consult with you to decide how best to proceed with your plan of subdivision of land.

Once we have an understanding of your land division plans, we prepare documents for the application to be lodged to Council.

Lodge it

Your relevant Adelaide Council makes their assessment and we liaise with them to achieve a favourable outcome. If a house floorplan is requested by Council, we can arrange the drafting of these plans on your behalf.

Land division approval is issued by Council with conditions and we will work with you to ensure all of these conditions are met. We will advise you when Government fees are payable and we can even arrange payment on your behalf.

We will liaise with SA Water to arrange the new water and sewer services for your newly created allotments. We will also liaise with SA Power Networks to ensure the new house can be connected to existing electrical infrastructure.

If required we can obtain three demolition quotes on your behalf. Once the demolition quote has been selected, we will liaise with the Demolition Contractor to ensure a smooth demolition process.

 

Create it

We will arrange a land survey and pegging plan by a licensed Surveyor.

We will arrange for the Final Plan of division to be drafted and prepared for submission to the Lands Titles Office.

Your Final Plans are then lodged to the Lands Titles Office. We will ensure your Conveyancer has all of the necessary information to allow them to prepare documentation to have the titles created in the names of your choosing.

Your land division is now finalised!
